Products Section
Tin
Tin is extracted from cassiterite ore through crushing, separation, smelting, and refining. Here are some key applications: Soldering: Tin is a key component of solder, used to join electronic components and create electrical connections. Food Packaging: Tin-plated steel cans are widely used for food and beverage packaging due to their excellent barrier properties. Electronics: Tin is used in printed circuit boards, connectors, and other electronic components. Chemical Industry: Tin is used in the production of various chemicals and pigments.
Columbite
Columbite is a source for tantalum and niobium, crucial for electronics, aerospace, and other industries. Applications: Tantalum Capacitors: Essential components in electronics due to their high capacitance and long lifespan. Superalloys: Tantalum strengthens high-performance alloys used in jet engines and surgical implants. Optics: Used in camera lenses due to its high refractive index. Similar to tin, columbite ore undergoes crushing, grinding, and separation techniques to isolate the columbite concentrate. Smelting and refining then extract the desired niobium or tantalum.
Tantalite
Since Tantalite is a mineral group within Columbite, the extraction process and quality standards are practically the same. Tantalite Applications: Tantalum, the key product from Tantalite, is primarily used for: Tantalum Capacitors: Miniaturized capacitors essential for portable electronics due to their high capacitance and long lifespan (similar to Columbite). Superalloys: Tantalum strengthens high-performance alloys used in jet engines, missiles, and even some medical implants.
